I used to have a much more extensive Guide to Facebook groups, but there are now literally a gazillion of them. Some people run around and create them as fast as they can. I think it is a popularity contest for some folks to see how many groups they can create 🙂 Anyway, to try to list them all would be a futile endeavor and frankly, many of them just duplicate or overlap each other. Below I have listed a few groups that are worth of mention, after that, you are on your own, or if you have a question about the merit of a particular group you can shoot me an email or message.
Open groups are more directed to public awareness and advocacy while closed groups deal mainly with various specific, personal and private issues associated the FQ problems. Group’s status of open or closed will be noted in their description.
